Imported Soft Flow Dyeing Machines, which can provide richness to the garment due to even dyeing. We can offer a wide variety of finishes Stone Wash, Enzyme wash, Tinting, Sand Blasting, Whiskering and coatings. We can also carry out garment over dyeing at the washing stage.
COMPACTING

PRINTING
Chest Printing Machines with 10,000 pieces a day. To print upto 12 colours chest printing with Non PVC also. All type of Prints Like Plastisol prints, Foil prints, Flock prints, High density prints, Gel prints, Matt prints are made inhouse which gives the Value addition in the garments.
EMBROIDERY
State of the Art Embroidery Machines from Tajima. 9 Color 20 head with a capacity of over 15,000 pieces a day. We can offer very intricate embroideries as desired by the buyers. We use completely automated embroidery machines to achieve high level of bulk accuracy. We also have facility to provide hand embroideries for complicated patterns.
CUTTING

STITCHING

CHECKING
Inspection/Finishing Unit independent of production to ensure the Quality and Specifications of Buyers are met.
IRONING
Stream Ironing the Finished products to packing quickly. Garments are steam processed to remove any wrinkles.
PACKING
They are packed neatly in the designated packs and placed inside the carton or hanger racks for dispatch. packing the Finished Products for shipment.
